Overall, the several steps of a diagram begins with the mixture of water and milk and culminates with the cooling process.

Starting with the first stage, the soft cheese must be combined with water and milk before proceeding to cooling. In the cooling step, it has to be mixed and then cooled around 5 Celsius and 2 hours in order to assist the soft cheese to be tasty. After this step, it is fermented with salt by using heat mode around 35 Celsius and 4 hours.

When the fermented step is done, it will move to the evaporation process where it will use heat for this process with 100 Celsius and 8 hours and then it will release into steam. Finally, soft cheese will be needed for a cooling process again that consists of filters, leading to waste water. In this process, 5 Celsius and 6 hours is compulsory since it will make the soft cheese to be fresh by using thick liquid.
