The picture illustrates the steps followed to manufacture new plastic container from used ones. The process takes place in a factory.
As shown, the whole process goes on in a sequence that can be divided into three phases namely collection and sorting, crushing and cutting and finally making into a new bottle.
To start with, used plastics are collected and discarded as wastes in ordinary dust bin, next someone seperates the recycable bottle from the other materials since not every can be reused.
The selected containers are then taken through the next process where they are crushed and cut into tiny particles by use of a power hydrolic machine and now the materials can be passed to the final section.
Finally new bottles are made from the heating up and melting the particles. The thick fluid is passed through a screwing machine and as the exist a new shaped container emerges.
