This diagram illustrates the process and tools used in the cement-making process and how cement produces concrete for construction of buildings. Overall cement production undergo many stages from conversion of limestone into cement bag and concrete production undergoes with mixture of different components from cement to small stones.
The first diagram describes the process starting with Limestone and Clay crushed together to form a Fine Powder after this it is sent over mixer through Rotating heater which is heated from outside and forms a substance from which it is again grinded to produce the cement and now it is packed with bag
The second diagram shows Concrete production which all other sources are combined with specific proportions. For example, Cement accounted for 15 % ,10% of water is added ,Sand and small stones was added with 25% and 50% respectively in a Concrete mixer which grinds to produce concrete for production.
Overall this process undergoes few stages to produce the cement and concrete for production with following steps.
