To begin with, clay and limestone are put together and through a crusher, where they are crushed into powder. The powder then goes through a mixer, which is connected with a rotating heater by a pump. Once the powder become a mixture, the rotating heater heats it up while revolving constantly. Next, the blend is grinded again by a grinder, which create cement. After that, cement is packaged into bags and ready for making concrete.
In terms of making concrete, the first step is adding ingredients into a container called concrete mixer. The ingredients include small stones with 50%, sand with 25%, cement with 15% and water with 10%. Once they are placed into the container, it rotates to combine them together. The mixture after this process is called concrete and used for building purposes.
