The diagram depicts different steps involved in the process of recycling aluminium beverages cans.
Overall, it is can be seen that the process comprises eleven main stages occurring in total six weeks. Commencing with the delivery of wasted cans, the process ends with the production of recycled cans.
Initially, a numbers of wasted cans requiring to recycle are collected and transported by trucks then being deposited in factories. Afterwards, they are washed clearly by fresh water and crushed to prepare for further steps. Next, the crushed cans are processed and the designs are erased with numerous chemicals.
At the seventh stage, these cans are heated in high temperature as well as shaped according to uniform size. After being moulded, the cans are checked to ensure they have same weight prior to pass through the rolling mechanism. Ultimately, they are transformed into new cans and ready to serve the customers again.
