The diagram illustrates the process by which raw fruits are transform into canned fruits. Overall, this is a process consists of fourteen steps, starting with picking fruits and ending with selling in supermarket.
In the initial stage, raw fruits are picked from trees and then transported to factory once they have matured. After transportation, fruits which are processable and decent are chosen and picked out, leaving out the bad fruits. The processable fruits are weighed and washed, followed by storage under cool condition, making the end of preparatory phase.
In the next sequence, fruits are peeled to get rid of skins and then divided into pieces by knives. These pieces are then soaked in a jar full of liquid, such as water, juice or syrup, adding extra favors to the raw fruits. The jars are sealed and cooked for sterilization, after which they are cooled down. Finally, these jars of fruits are packed into boxes and then put on the shelves of supermarket.
