Overall, manufacturing ceramic pots involves various steps beginning with collecting raw metarials and concluding with finishing pots.
To begin with, soil are collected using an excavtor machine as raw matarials which then is trasported using a truck to a factory. Inside the factory, the raw metarial goes through a machine where the raw metarials are torn up into pieces. Afterwards, the pieces are crushed using another machine and then the crashed soil is mixed with water in the following stage. Next, the water mixed soil in put inside a moulds where it is kept for 4-6 to dry.
After several hours, the clay pot assembles and the additionally pots are kept inside an oven where the temperature is set around 1000 degere. For the final stages, the dried pot is put inside a bucket containing colour. After colouring, the pots are kept inside a colour firing oven. Just after the final touch, the pots are ready to be distributed in market.
