Focusing on Italy, the number of people started with the highest position(35), and then rose to around 37 in 1986 but this was followed by noticeable drop to 30 in 1992. In 1998, number of Italy intersected with England at about 26. From 1998 to 2004, further decline observed, and it was finished with 25 people.
In terms of England and Germany, despite decrease slightly between 1980 and 1986, the average number of individuals attending top-level football matches surged markedly over time in both countries. In England, after a significant drop to approximately 23 people, the number of attenders in top-level football matches has been risen to just under 35 until 2004. In Germany, a marked fall to around 18 seen in 1986, before growing continiously to about 33 in 2004 and it has been the second highest country after England.
