Overall, there are a total of seven main steps involved in the process of making olive oil. The process begins with raw olives on a trees and ends with a productions which will be storage and sale.
The first three steps show how olives are collected and prepared before oil is extracted. At the beginning of the process, ripe olives are hand-picked by worker, then it will be rinse under cold water to remove all dirt and impurities. Cleaned olives are poured in a belt and smashed to manufacturing olive paste and olive stones.
After the paste is collected, it is placed into a bag with holes to allow liquid to pass through. Next, these bags are pressed to divide oil and water. After separating, water is rejected while the main production is olive oil will be storage for sale.
