Tje provide diagram depicts the process of shaping glass containers through eight steps
Overall, the process involves burning glass in furnace, pressing it, blowing ait tp shape it, cooling it two times in a klin, cross-checking it thoroughly and detect whether the glass is appropriate to the usage or not
First of all, the glass is melted in a furnace at a high temperature of 1050°C and then pressed into Mould 1. Afterwards, it is sent to Mould 2 to create container with a thick wall. Thereafter, container will ne shaped by blowing air into it. Following this, the container goes through a cooling process to the klin at 482°C. After that, it goes to the further cooling at temperature of 25°C for straight 60 minutes
The remaining phases, the glass containers are checked manually and received a successful checkmark, whereas rejected items are put away as waste from the factory . Finally, glass containers which are considered approved are packaged in a boxes for the sales
