Overall, although both mountains have the permanent snow in the summit of the mountains, followed by the alpine meadows and the forest; it is clear that the vegetation in tropical mountains is more diverse than that in temperature mountains. Additionally, the similar trajectory is witnessed in the altitude of two mountains.
Looking more closely at the diagram, while the snow line in tropical mountains stood at around 4500 meters, that in the others was only 3000 meters. Despite the fact that the area of alpine meadows in the former was smaller than the later, the opposite was true for the areas of forest. In the tropical mountains, the forest and alpine meadows was separate clearly by the woods of pine and firs; however, the limitation between two vegetations in the temperature mountains was spruce trees.
