The diagram gives the information about the steps of producing jam from fruits.
Overall, it clear that seven steps are required to finalize the jam to a final consumer. In order to prepare jam mashed fruits should be mixed with different ingridents like sugar, water and peanuts and heated for multiple times.
In brief, four kg of fruit are cleaned up using tap water and which is further mashed with masher to make it in liquid form. Next, the mashed fruit is mixed with two table spoon of peanuts, one fourth cup sugar, a cup of water by using ladle and heated in high tempretaure for 10 minutes. In the subsequent stage, further two cup of suger is added and four cups of water and heated for half hour in high temperature.
Following this, heated mixture is poured in different containers and closed with lid before reaching final consumer and kept those covered container of jam for one hour.
