The diagram details the process of producing fruit jam.
Overall, there are six steps involved, which can be divided into two main stages, starting with preparing the fruit and ending with pouring the jam into containers.
In the first step of the process, 4 kg fruit is taken and washed using running water. Once have been mashed by a special masher, mashed fruit is then boiled at a high temperature for 10 minutes. Subsequently, a combination of two 2 tbsp peanuts, 1/4 cup sugar and a cup of water is used in this stage.
Once these steps are complete 2 cups more sugar and 4 cups water are added to the fruit, which is boiled at high temperature for half an hour. Having been poured in different containers, these containers are then closed with a lid and kept for an hour. The final product is ready for the consumption, and can be eaten by a family during breakfast.
