The diagram depicts the process of making jam from a diverse range of fresh fruits.
In general, it is readily apparent that the process comprises six different stages, starting with gathering and getting rid of impurities, and concluding with advanced products which are ready to meet the consumers’ needs.
In the initial four steps, four kilograms of fruits are washed under running tap water in order to remove dirt. Following this, the amount of fruit is crushed by a masher. This mashed fruit is then transported to an enormous cooking pot, heated at a high temperature for 10 minutes to make a tasty mixture. During this stage, two tablespoons of peanuts, a quarter cup of sugar, and a cup of water are added to the pot and blended with a spoon. Subsequently, the mixture undergoes the second cooking phase, where two more cups of sugar, and four cups of water are poured, and cooked for half an hour.
In the following stage, the mixture of liquid is poured into different containers and a lid is put on each for a period of an hour. Ultimately, high quality fruit jam bottles are served to a great number of customers.
