The diagram demonstrates the detailed process of jam production. Overall, the whole cycle includes seven steps in which the first four steps are for preparing and transforming the fruit into a liquid state while the remaining steps are for laboring.
The first four steps begin with washing 4 kg of fresh fruit under water to remove the dirt and pesticides. After ensuring freshness and cleanliness, the fruit is then evenly mashed into a thick mixture. In the next ten minutes, two teaspoons of peanuts and one and a quarter cups of water are added into the mixture under high temperature, before adding 2 cups more of sugar and 4 cups of water to ensure it reaches the desired consistency. Finally, the jam is ready to be packed in the last stage.
Turning to the fifth phase, the liquid jam is then poured into different containers. After that, those containers are closed by lids to guarantee the quality of the jam and left an hour to cool down. Subsequently, the final products are ready to be allocated to shops and markets for customers to use for breakfast.
