The given diagram illustrates the different steps of making jam from fresh fruit.
Taken as a whole, the process consists of seven primary stages, beginning with the preparation of the fruit and ending with the packaging of the finished product and the consumption of the jam.
The process starts by rinsing 4 kilograms of fruit with water. Following this, the clean batch of fruit is then crushed by a masher. This batch of mashed fruit will then be transferred to a pot, where it will be mixed with 2 tablespoons of peanuts, 2 and a half cups of water, and then cooked on high heat for about ten minutes. Afterwards, the mixture will undergo a second cooking phase, where 4 cups of water and an additional 2 cups of sugar will be added into the batch before being cooked on high heat for 30 minutes to conclude the cooking process.
After the cooking process is completed, the mixture is then poured into separate containers, which will be sealed tightly with lids and set aside for one hour. Finally, the jam is consumed as part of a family breakfast.
