Overall, it is clearly seen that the making jam process is involved in five main stages: washing fruit with running water, mashed fruit, boiling and pouring it and closing with lids.
First of all, fruit is collected and cleaned with water. Then , the fruit is mashed with a masher. After that the mashed fruit is boiled at high temperature within ten minutes. During this time, it is mixed with ladle and one cup water, 1/4 cup sugar also 2tbsp peanuts are added.Subsequently, the mashed fruit is boiled in high temperature half an hour again. Furthermore, 2 cups sugar and 4 cups of water are put in. The following step is that prepared jam is poured in different containers. Then, it is closed with lids. After that closed jams are kept for one hour .
Finally, jams are delivered to the family for enjoying breakfast.
