The diagram illustrates how fabric is manufactored from bamboo plants.
Overall, the 9-step process begins with planting bamboo plants during a specific season and ends with producing various clothes that include t-shirts and socks. The final product is entirely made of one natural raw material, which is bamboo.
Initially, bamboo plants are being planted, specifically during spring. After growing for several months, the plants are then harvested in autumn. Collected bamboos are then cut by the specialized machine into strips. Upon cutting, bamboos are crushed in order to pulp the juice. Next, crushed plant pieces go through a filtering process that separates liquid from plant fibres that are used in the next stages.
After separation is completed, the fibres have to be softened by adding water and amine oxide. The finished spin is then woven in order to produce fabric for clothes. Finally, fabric from bamboo plants is used for sewing different pieces of clothing, such as pairs of socks and t-shirts.
