Firstly, fishes are caught from the water bodies which are transported to the ship posts through the ships. On the posts the fishes are cooled down in order to keep them fresh. The fishes are dropped down into fresh water to neutralize their temperature and their body condition. After that these are cut into pieces and salt.
Nextly, pieces are dipped into a solution of salt water and yellow colouring. Now the fishes are ready to take a smoke treatment and when the fishes are smoked properly packed into the boxes and properly a labeled also. In addition to it the so packed boxes are freezed into cold stores for storage. Then distributors take them from cold stores to fish shops and then that sold to the customers.
