The flow chart provides an overview of the process of producing smoked fish.
It is clear that the process of smoked fish production consists of 9 main steps. Specifically, it starts with gut the fish, and ends with distribution the fish to customers.
Analyzing the process in greater detail, the fish are gutted for the purpose of remove unwanted parts. Next, the fish are mixed with salt and water about 30 minutes container before being placed trays for dry the fish. After that, the fish are streamed approximately 5 minutes and then put into the fish in fish buckets.
At the next step in the process, the fish are smoked by using wood about 30 minutes. Following this, the fish are mixed with yellow colouring. Finally, the fish are packaged subsequently the fish are transported, marking the completion of the process.
