The image demonstrates the process of making bricks for building construction.
It can be seen that, overall, the operation of manufacturing bricks contains seven stages, starting from digging clay. Interestingly, all stages are done by machines, with no human involvement.
At the initial phase, clay is excavated by a crane, before it goes to roller. In this stage, clay is put on a roller that has a smooth surface. During this, clay is separated from the metal grid and ready sand is mixed with water. Subsequently, there are two different ways for making half-ready-bricks. The collection of sand and water is conveyed to special molds or to a device which is shaped like a box. One performs cutting operations on collection to make bricks. In the following stage, they are put in drying oven for 1 to 2 days. Then, bricks are heated from 200 to 980 degrees in the first phase and in the next stage, the bricks are cooked at 870-1300 degrees in a kiln. Thereafter, ready-bricks are packaged. In the final stage, they are sent to building industries by trucks.
