The given pictures illustrate the way in which water was filtered and stored for daily life.
Looking at the illustration, it is immediately evident that the method of filtering and storing water is a manmade linear process that requires various machinery and equipment. Additionally, there are two periods involved in this process, including filtration and outdoor filling and storage.
Regarding filter section, raw water is sent through pipeline to 200 liters metal container, then experiencing two layers of sand and tiny stones for filtration. Filtered water will drop into the pipe holes, before being drawn to outlet to prepare for the next period.
In terms of outdoor filling and storing section, untreated water which was stored in the pipe holes, has to go through another sand filter to remove bacteria and contamination. Water has been cleaned will be moved to the storage. The process ends when stored water has been distributed to residential areas for household needs.
