the maps illustrate how Sawry district’s neighbourhood had changed from 1920 to 2020.
overall, Sawry district had seen the extension in its area. moreover, there was a significant improvement in housing, bussinesses and public services.
it is obvious that bussinesses and housing saw the most change and development. In 1920 there was Telebag cannery in the west sine of the distric which was demolished and transferred into Yang office complex in 2020. To the east side of the district there was short road between small houses which was only connected to the Oak avenue. however, in 2020 the road connected Elmwood river and Oak avenue by introducing a bridge onthe river. Furthermore, bike path had been introduced which was beach before. also, there was introduction of apartment between the road and Oak avenue.
if we look at the south side of the district, there had been built more apartments, houses and shops. on the south-west side Lonococo pertol station had been replaced the primary school, and a new big school was built opposite to the houses at the bottom of the map. furthermore, there was no any changes in Miller’s lake.
