In north, road has been extended, occupied with a huge bridge. Additionally, they also have erected a new apartment, situated in the front of the two houses area. Two houses have been demolished. In north, the developer has also built a beautiful Yang Office Complex, while Tulebuh Cannery has been demolished.
Between 1920 and 2020, in south area. The green area was very limited. The developer established a huge school. In the front of school, there were several residential areas too. The citizen also happier because there was a lonooco petrol station not far from their house area. However, old Prestwich has been demolished by the developer. In south, there were two new apartments as well.
