Overall, the transformation will have several internal modifications, with some rooms repurposed and outdoor grass areas replaced with spaces such as an outdoor activity area and a meeting room.

In the present layout, there are 5 offices in the southern part of the building, next to the entrance. There are two large grass areas on either side of the building, with the washroom located near the reception area on the eastern side. There is a kitchen on the northwest corner of the apartment and to the east, there is a canteen and a stock room.

According to the planned development, some of the offices will be merged while the entrance and the reception will be moved to the center. The grass area on the west will be replaced by an outdoor activity area, while the one on the east will be turned into a meeting area which will include a coffee machine in the northern corner. Both the kitchen and the canteen will be converted into offices. However, the stock room remains unchanged.
