The diagrams illustrate the current layout and the proposed future redevelopment of an office building.

Overall, the redevelopment plan aims to modernize the office building by adding more amenities and removing the grass areas along with the coffee machine, meeting area, and outdoor activity areas.

On the left side of the office building, outdoor activity area will replace the current location of the grass area. In addition, the top area currently occupies the kitchen and the canteen will be transformed into the two office blocks. Moreover, stockroom will not be seen any changes. Furthermore, on the bottom side, there are currently four office blocks, which will be reduced in two office blocks. Apart from that, the reception and entrance areas are presently situated next to the bottom side of the office blocks will be placed between the two office blocks.

Wash room will be abandoned for the future redevelopment. In other words, on the right side of the grass area will be transformed into coffee machine and meeting area, which will be installed to the top right and bottom corner of the office building.
