The diagram below shows the manufacturing process of glasses bottles and the way in which they are recycled for reused.
Overall, it can be seen that in flow chart there are mainly two processes in which first is process of production. And second process is recycling.
To begin with, in first process contain five stages in which first step is the mixing of three materials such as sand, soda ash, limestone, and some other chemicals. Then this mixed materials and chemical allowed to stand on heat which is approximately 1500 centigrade to make glass furnace. Then this glass furnace requires definite shape by molten glass blowing. In last, it converted into glass containers.
The second process is for recycling process. In which, it contains five stages. The very first stage is collecting used glasses. Moreover, it gets shorted by their different color. Then this collected glasses is allowed to wash for removing impurities. Now it crushed and requires melting. In very last stage in molded into different verity of products.
