The construction of West Park Secondary School have been continuously modifing its layout from 1950 untill 2010. Overall, there were a lots of changes during that period of time. If the school is divided into a half,facing the toward Main road. The right side will be the area which almost the same from its original in 1950. In right side has the Main building and the large area of playground. On the another part which has a lots of changes taken here.
As in the right side of school from 1950 to 2010, the main building of the school kept its location the same with the original. Otherwise the playground area was reduced about 40 percent to be a sports field.
On the left area, the major changes of houses and farmland are they were re-constructed to be Car park area, Science block and the Sport field in 1980. In 2010 The car park was re-constructed again, it took almost all of the left part of the school, also took area of the sport field, the sport field was moved to the right part. The location of Science block was plotted first in 1980 and still ther untill 2010.
