The given diagrams illustrate the development of the village of Kelsbey between 1780 and 2000. Overall, it is clearly seen that this place has undergone a radical transformation that gradually occurred throughout 220 years.
According to the illustrations, only 100 homes were built in 1780, which means that a small community lived there. In contrast, the population steadily increased to 200 houses, which saw the disappearance of 2 farms in 1860. Moreover, a bridge crossing the river and a road leading to the residences were added. Additionally, the forest had shrunk, and only approximately one-third of it remained.
In 2000, commerce began to emerge, and five shops were constructed on the river bank. Despite the fact that the woods and agricultural land had completely vanished, the wetland for birds appeared in the south of the area. Furthermore, social expansion was observed, with 2 schools and 3 sports fields being built. Consequently, the infrastructure expanded significantly with the addition of 300 more apartment buildings and one more roadway between the living complex and educational institutions.
