The two maps illustrate the present layout of a college building and the proposed changes that are expected to take place in the future. Overall, the college is expected to undergo a significant expansion, retaining most of its existing facilities while becoming more diversified. This transformation will involve the introduction of a shop, additional classrooms and an enlarged car park. These changes, however, will come at the expanse of the leafy surroundings that currently characterizes the site.
At present, the college offers only a few essential facilities for its students. A garden occupies the northern part of the site, and access to the main building is via a footpath that passes through it, separating this area from the rest of the college. On the left-hand side, there are two classrooms positioned vertically, while the right-hand side contains the reception, the library and another classroom in the top right corner. A toilet is situated in the lower part of the college area. While the car park occupies the south-western corner, the bus stop and the main road are located along the southern boundary.
According to the proposed plan, several significant alterations will take place. The garden and the footpath will be removed to create a space for a shop and a relocated toilet. The number of classrooms will increase from three to five, with four arranged vertically along the right-hand side, and one left adjacent to the lunch area. The reception area will be moved to the main corridor, whereas the library will be transferred to the opposite site, alongside a newly positioned entrance to the right. Finally, parking lot will be expanded to accommodate more vehicles, while the bus station and the road will remain intact
