Overall, it is clear that the area will undergo significant redevelopments with the addition of a new academic campus, another newly-built car park and the expansion of the main road, making the area more functional and improving accessibility.
In 2004, the layout of the school was relatively simple and small, serving 600 students. There was a main road leading to a car park and a main entrance on the west-side. The school site comprised two school campuses: School building 1 was close to the main entrance, while the School building positioned in the southern part. There was a path which separated these two academic campuses and connected the main entrance and a large sports field on the eastern side. The remaining site of the area was covered by woodland.
By 2024, significant developments will be witnessed according to the suggested plan. A new third school building will be constructed to increase the number of students by 400 in the former place of sports field. The pedestrian path will be redesigned to connect all three buildings. Besides that, an addition parking lot will be positioned to the right of the School building 3 and a sports field will be situated on the south part of the Car Park 2, coming at the expense of a part of woodland. The main road will be expanded to make the school site more accessible and functional.
