In 2004, the park had a small car park for 20 cars near the entrance, a football ground in the center, tennis courts in the north-west, and a children’s play area next to them. There was also a pond in the south-west corner and a large green area on the right-hand side.
By 2014, the park had undergone significant changes. The car park was enlarged to 50 cars, and a cycling path was added around the park. The pond was replaced by a boating area, while a picnic area was also introduced nearby. In the south-east, a café and public toilets were constructed. Furthermore, the children’s play area was expanded, including a new soft play zone.
In conclusion, the park became more modern and visitor-friendly with new leisure and service facilities, replacing some of the natural features.
