The provided diagram shows how honey is produced on a small commercial scale. In general, there are 2 main stages which begin with collecting nectar from bees in honey phase and end with providing honey to the customers in human phase.
In the first stage of Bee phase, the nectar is collected by the bees and it is deposited to honey in the bees house. After that, Honey is dried by the bees fan wings so It can be transformed to honey, the bees will keep the ceels always in good condition so the beekeepers can easily wax the seal ceals to collect honey combs to move the pressing combs process to produce honey.
Move to the next stage when we have collected the honey in bee phase, the honey is poured into the sump tank which heating in 45-50 degrees Celsius. The machine will automatically transfer the honey to the sieve tank for removing dirt, etc and after that, it will be moved to the settling tank and stay there for 2-4 days before packaged in the jars and after that, it will be provided to the seller so it can be sold.
