Information of how bees produce honey and the steps in the production of product is illustrated in the diagram.
Overall, producing honey includes around 10 stages, in which are two phases made by bees and humans. Starting from gathering nectar to selling honey.
The bee phase starts when bees gather nectar. After that, they carry it back into deposit. In the next stage, bee-workers use fan wings to remove moisture in honeycombs and make honey dried. The cleanliness ought to be maintained by bees throughout the whole process.
The first in the human phase is sealing sells with the wax. Then honeycombs are gathered and pressed by beekeepers, this is how raw honey is obtained. The following stage is the chemical treatment. The honey is poured to the sump tank, where it is heated up to 45-50 degrees. Subsequent to heating, honey is moved in sieve tank to go through removing dirt. Processed honey is poured off into the settling tank and stored there for 2-4 days. Fully finished product put into jars and transport to trading locations.
