The data represents the number of flight crew on different countries’ airplane, passenger grievances per flight and luggage weight per travelers.
We can see that Germany has the highest number of crew members (15) as well as highest weight of roughly 38 kg per travelers, and least complaints from customers, around only one. After that, Indonesia has 11 flight attendants with around 32 kg of passengers’ baggage and complaints similar to Malaysian flight, which is roughly 3 per flight. In contrast, Malaysia and New Zealand have the relatively less crew in their flight and luggage’s weight is also comparatively less than Germany and Indonesia. However, they have the highest number of complaints per flight among all four nations.
It can be noticed that higher the flight members in the flight, the weight of baggage is also higher, and lower the customer complaints per flight. In contrast, Indonesia and Malaysia have similar numbers of complaints, but the crew members and luggage weight are comparatively higher in Indonesian plane than Malaysian.
In summary, countries with large crew members in their flight can provide quality customer experience compared to countries’ airplanes with less number of attendants in their flight.
