Overall, it is clear that the number of passengers traveling by train has generally increased during this period. In contrast, although the rate of train punctuality varies, the figures generally show a decline.
First of all, the number of train passengers in 1995 was 250 millions of passengers stood the lowest point in this graph.After that, it was a increase between 1996 and 2001 and reached the peak at 300 millions of passengers. In 2002, it saw a flop in 280 millions,and then,there was no change from 2002 to 2004.
Turning to the next graphs,the rate of trains running on time in 1995 was 93% of trains running on time, the highest point in this graph.After that,between 1996 àn 2003, there was a fluctuation between 85% and 93% percentage of training on time .In 2004, there was a significant decrease of 73% proportion of train running on time, the lowest rate when compared to all year
