The process follows a number of steps, including three evaluation stages that decide whether the applicant is allowed to proceed. On the path from submitting their application to being offered a permanent position a potential employee has to be present for an interview, take an aptitude test and successfully be recommended for the job after a six-month probation period.
The very first stage of this process is applying for the position. The individual is then invited to an initial interview, where their qualification level is determined. This is when people who do not have basic qualifications face refusal. In case of meeting the basic requirements the applicant is allowed to proceed to the next step, which is an aptitude test.
The results of this test determine if the potential employee is offered a six-month probation. In case of failing they will not be employed. After the given period of time the chosen workers undergo the last assessment. This is when the employer company decides whether to recommend the person for a certain job. Those who did get a green light are offered a permanent position at the corporation. Have not been recommended, people are refused the job.
