Overall, there are 13 stages, first step is submit application and the last one permanent position offered/not employed.
To begin with, the first step is submitting an application. The next step is attend an initial qualifying interview. Follow that stage there are two branches of the development of events, first is meet basic qualifications and second variant do not meet basic qualifications. From that moment from each of the variants goes another branch. From first offshoot there is a next step – take aptitude test. Coming out of step where person do not meet basic qualifications goes next step where a person is not employed. This line end. After taking the aptitude test, there are two another steps-fail/not employed or a second one-pass/ employed on six-month probation.
First step means failure and not employed for the person, however if the person pass, that mean that person is waiting for a six-month evaluation. After that a person will be recommended, and after this person will have a permanent position offered, or the person will not be recommended, that means that person will not be employed.
