The given diagram is illustrating a companies employment process. It contains thirteen stages and at first a list of the company’s requirements must be prepared.
Secondly, the managers should place the advertisement of having a vacancy in the newspaper, in order to find employees. Then, as it can be seen the application form will be given to the applicants and then they will fill it out and give the form back.
When the application assessed then we got two groups: first the ones who can’t get the job and they will be rejected before they receive a letter while the second group will be invited for an interview.
After that, there are also two groups; the applicant who couldn’t pass the interview and they will get a letter, on the other hand the ones who were successful in the interview will get the job. If the successful employees didn’t take the job, then the runner ups will be located instead of them.
