Overall,it is clear that there are two main stages in the production of pencil,with the first one being planting seedlings and second one being thinning.It is also worth mentioning that simple technologies are applied in the process.
Looking at the details,the process begins when seedlings are grown for about 4 months. It is followed by trees are replanted and thinned within 3 years and 14 years respectively. After the this thinning process, the trees are cut by special saw into slats in the next step.After that black lead is glued in groove lines on the wood during two month before putting new slats on top object as a sandwich. In the final steps, sandwich of wood is heated and hard-pressed in the light of density and then pressed slads are cut owning to stamping,sharpening as well as painting into the end-product.
