The process diagram illustrates how aluminium canes are being recycled.
Overall,it consists of 6 main stages and it is man-made,linear process.A process starts by collection of used canes as a raw material and ends on using recycled ones.
In the begining, old aluminium cans are being collected in special container. After that this cans go through process of cleaning and sorting then crushed down by shredder before compressing in special machines.Next stage is that prepared raw materials put into furnace in order to heat and melt it down.
Afterwards, melted aluminium goes through rolling machine to thin it up to 2.5-6 mm thick.Next step is recycling, where new cans are send to shops. In shops people buy new, recreated aluminium cans and reuse them on their purposes. For instance, number of recycled canes in United Kingdom is 74 percentages.
