The bar graphs compares two distinct cities in America in the yearly precipitation rates(in mm). Overall, Washington constantly accounted for the higher rates than Vancouver and both figures illustrated fluctuations over a year. Numbers in Vancouver saw a gradual decrease, after which it started to skyrocket. However, in Washington figures varied under a certain range.
From January to July, numbers for Vancouver saw a steady decrease, where in July it reached its lowest figure of just under 20 mm, while in Washington rates oscillated between the range of 60 – 100 mm, where in May it culminated at approximately 90 mm and in February it experienced its smallest rainfall rate at around 65 mm. In this period, precipitation rates in Washington continuously were higher than that of Vancouver.
Regarding the remaining timeframe, after a steady fall in the rates of Vancouver until July, it commenced to grow gradually till the end of the period shown, culminating in December with the number of over 100 mm rainfall rate, which was the highest figure in both realms over the timeframe. However, in Washington the reverse held true to some extent, falling by a small fraction every month it reached the number of just under 80 mm by the end of the time.
