The given flow-chart illustrates the process by which glass is reprocessed.
It is, overall, clear that not just only the deployment of sophisticated machinery, but also that of raw materials are required to complete this process. Seven stages are involved in recycling bottles that are divided into three different set of stages: collecting, cleaning and forming.
Looking at the stages of recycling, the glasses are gathered to one special area. Then bottles are sent for the purification point. Having been cleaning, fining process begin in which all impurities are removed. Sterilized glass is again purified at which point electronic gizmo is needed to complete it. Following this, broken glasses are poured to a container for cullet melting and also, waste glass is liquified. In the final stage, pieces of glass are ready to be molded and labeled. Lastly, recycling glass now finishes with the end products, it is valid for reusing.
