The diagram shows the manufacturing process of instant noodles.
Overall, the manufacturing involves mixing, forming, cooking, putting spices and labelling.
The manufacturing process begins with storing the flour from a truck to silos. This flour is then put into the mixer and mixed with water and oil. It will then form a dough and the rollers below the mixer machine continue to roll it into a sheet by being squeezed between 2 rollers and run from top to bottom and bottom to top 3 times until the dough is at the top. These sheets are then cut into several strips and then formed into noodle discs. To maintain the discs’ form, the machine continues to cook it with oil and dry it afterwards.
After all the steps of making the instant noodle discs, these noodles will then be put into cups and accompanied with vegetables and spices. Lastly, the cup will be sealed and labeled with the brand’s name, and ready to be sold.
