The process diagram provides information about how instant noodles are manufactured.
Overall, the diagram illustrates a man-made process with eight distinct stages; initially, the flour is taken from storage silos, and it concludes with instant noodles. It is a linear process during which additional processes such as flour mixing, dough making, dough stripping, noodle slicing, cooking, and the addition of some vegetables and spices are introduced to transform the final product.
To manufacture the instant noodles, to begin with, the flour is unloaded from a truck and stored in large storage silos. Then, the flour is taken to a mixer machine, where it is mixed with water and oil. After that, it is sent to the dough sheet maker. Next, the dough strips are made for noodle slicing.
Following this, in the fifth stage, when the noodles discs are ready, they go to a cooking machine and are cooked very well, and then they are dried after cooking to remove extra oil. Subsequently, all cooked noodles are poured into the cups with some vegetables and spices. Afterward, the cups are labelled and sealed carefully in the eighth stage. After completing the process, the instant noodles are ready.
