The diagram above illustrates the proportions of government spending with the scale of GDP in three fields between 2000 and 2025.
Overall, there will be an increase in the figures of health, while a decline will be seen in the cases of education and roads and railways. Added to this, the greatest percentage of government budget is estimated to the health section in 2025.
The amount of money allocated to the health considerably increased to 6 per cent of the GDP in 2010, taking the leading position of the educational system from 2005 afterwards. The proportion of healthcare industry is then predicted to gradually ascent and finally end up with a predictable number of roughly 7.5 per cent of GDP at the end of 2025.
Starting with 5 per cent of GDP in 2005, the percentage of money spent for education is projected to steadily go down and hit its all-time low of nearly 4 per cent in 2025. Meanwhile, the proportion of budget distributed to roads for vehicles and trains is expected to slightly fluctuate, finally lesser than that of health by a margin of approximately 4 per cent at the end of the timeframe.
