Overall, the line graph is has three parts where three types of peoples are divided according their incomes percentages. The first group is poorest. In the UK the percent of income for poorest is amount 1-3 present what is much lower than in USA where this percent is amount 4-6. That is information about how much poor people spend on fuel in two different countries.
In other hand, richest group of people in these countries are less likely to spend on fuel to compared with poorest people in USA. However, in two countries the percent of income that they spend on fuel is almost similar (2-4). That people with middle income in USA more spend on fuel than in UK.
In conclusion, the line graph is shows information about now much people spend on fuel. Summarise, in the USA poorest people spend more money for fuel,than in UK. In contrast richest people in these countries are spend their income on fuel in percent more similar.
