The bar graph describes the number of students studying at IIUM’s Kulliyyah of Human Sciences in three categories, which are English, TESL and Arabic from 2008 to 2011. The highest number of students studying at IIUM’s Kulliyyah of Human Sciences were in the department of Arabic, and the lowest were in TESL.
To start, the number of students studying English fluctuated during these four years. From 2008 to 2010, the number of students decreased from just below 250 to about 150, but in 2011, the figure rose to about 225. For department of TESL, the number of students dropped consistently by around 50 a year from just below 150 in 2008 to about 25 in 2011. As for the Arabic department, there was a wild fluctuation in the number of students. The figure was at about 46 in 2008 and dropped slightly to about 48 in 2009 but in 2010 the number was jumped to 250 and decreased again below 100 in 2011.
In conclusion, the number of students studying at IIUM’s Kulliyah of Human Sciences in Arabic department had the highest record in 2010.
