The line graph illustrate energy consumption in the United States of America from 1980 to 2030 with projection, from Annual Energy Outlook 2008.
It is clear that Petrol and Oil has the highest energy consumption by fuel, comparing to the others. On the other hand, Hydropower sets the lowest number of all US energy. Thereafter, Coal has the second biggest quadrillion units on consuming energy in America, close to Natural Gas data. Nuclear and Solar/Wind gas average consistancy number.
Initially, Petrol and Oil number of consuming energy decrease in 1985 from 35 quadrillion units to near 30 quadrillion units. Afterward, it increases steadily from 1990 to 2030 at around 15 quadrillion units, so does Coal which saw arise constantly from 1980 until 2030. Natural Gas has a pattern difference from Coal, it is not growing from 2015 until 15 more years later. Nuclear, Solar/Wind, and Hydropower has the lowest energy consumption at around 3 to 9 quadrillion units.
To sum up, this data set highlight 6 distinct energy consumption in USA since 1980 by projection until 2030 in 50 different years.
