After a decade, the number of employment in man increased slightly in every nation with Iceland that had more than 80%, followed by Switzerland which was 78% and four other countries ranged from 69% to 72%.
In contrast, women who worked were less than 60% in 1995, with Australia and New Zealand which that had the ration no more than 30 per cent. In 2005, all countries occupied females to work reach more than 40% expect Australia, with the highest rate was in Switzerland namely 68% followed by UK and the USA around 62%. Even though there was an increase in number in female employment, men were still highest in ratio compared to women.
